When a parent tells you they have joined a Childcare Options voucher scheme, all you will need to do is complete the registration forms they give you and return them with a copy of your Ofsted or approval certificate. The same day that we receive your forms, we will set you up on our payment system and prepare the automated payments that will go directly into your bank account when due. We will acknowledge remittances and, in the case of paper based schemes, also send you a pre-printed form in readiness for the next time you receive our vouchers.

Simply download a Voucher Redemption Agreement and a BACS Payment Agreement or call the Childcarer Hotline and we will send them out to you.
